All yacht pick ups are in the Safe Harbor Puerto Del Rey in Fajardo.
Are pets allowed on the yacht?
Pets may be allowed depending on the specific yacht rental. Please provide details about your pet so we can confirm if the yacht is pet-friendly and ensure their comfort during the trip.
Is smoking permitted on yachts?
Smoking is not allowed inside the yacht cabins or staterooms. Most charters allow responsible smoking in designated outdoor areas only. For safety reasons, indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.
How much should I tip the crew?
Crew gratuities are optional but customary in the yacht charter industry. If you’re happy with the service, tips usually range from 15%–20% of the total charter fee. To make sure all crew members are recognized equally, it’s best to give your gratuity to the captain, who will distribute it fairly.
Do I need a deposit to reserve a yacht?
Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your boat rental or yacht charter. Payments can be made securely online with credit cards or other accepted methods. We use secure payment processing (including PayPal) for all bookings. Your information is fully protected, and only authorized payments are processed.
What is the minimum and maximum yacht charter time?
The minimum rental time varies by boat and trip option. Please refer to the specific boat and trip of your choice to view charter times and dates available.
What should I bring?
Comfortable boating clothes (t-shirts, swimsuits, casual wear, cover-ups).

Both islands are roughly one hour away by yacht. Depending on conditions, the crew will select the calmest and most enjoyable beach to anchor.
Are yacht charters suitable for children?
Absolutely! Children are welcome aboard. Please provide their ages and sizes in advance so the correct life jackets can be prepared. You’re also free to bring your own for extra comfort.

What is the cancellation policy?
